Element Hotel is a seven-story ER-POST™ precast  structure. The main floor features the lobby, laundry, restaurant, pool area, exercise room, meeting space and mechanical areas. Each of the other levels has a conference room and hotel suites. The building is supported on continuous spread and wall footings and there is no below ground basement. The 144 room hotel is approximately 90,800 SF and was completed in 2020.
