This $30 Million expansion of the Island Resort and Casino includes over 100 hotel rooms with three (3) guest elevators and lobby. The addition is connected to the south end of the current 11-story Palm Tower. ERA's patented ER-POST truss system allowed this addition to be topped off in less than 3 months. Construction began in June 2020 with expected completion during the 2021 calendar year.
