• This is the newest “upscale Luxury” apartment project in Minneapolis, MN.
• ERA was the structural engineer of record for the three level precast concrete “podium.”
• The podium was constructed under this five level wood structure.
• Designed to accommodate 92 rental apartment units - two of those levels are underground parking, one is the ground floor.
• One of the underground parking levels is for the apartment resident’s parking requirements.
• The other is for public parking to accommodate the restaurants and surrounding commercial venues.
• At the ground floor level, there is commercial space including two separate restaurants, and flexible retail space.
